  • Machine is totally automatic except loading of cam bushes on dollies of machine.
  • During pressing of Cam bushes, action / reaction forces of cylinder come on component & this makes pressing of bushes smoother & no forces are transferred on Fixture or Dolly carrier system.
  • Cam bushes are loaded on Dollies in require orientation condition with suitable system provided on dolly.
  • Component is rolled into fixture & is rolled out of the fixture by automatic transfer system.
  • Machine logic is controlled by Programme Logic Controller.
  • Pneumatic system is used for operation of pull rod & various latching systems.
  • Seat checking system is provided to assure butting of component against resting surfaces.
  • Hydraulic system is for pressing bushes into cam bores. Positioning of slide of Dolly carrier system, Lifting & clamping of the component.
  • Machine is suitable for 4 cyl. & 6 cyl. Component.
